At The Lash Office, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe lash products. All of our lashes are carefully sourced, inspected, and tested to meet our strict quality standards. We advise customers to follow the proper care instructions to extend the life of the products. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened lash products. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons. Back ordered items take an additional 7 days for processing.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via USPS and expedited shipping options.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fee varies based on location.
International Shipping: Currently, we mostly ship to USA . International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement, depending on availability.
Refund Process: We do not issue refunds.
